Sales Contractor (AI Solutions & Operational Intelligence)
The Mission
Luzran LLC is an Operational Intelligence Firm specializing in architecting Sovereign Infrastructure and operational transformation through AI-powered solutions. We are looking for high-caliber Sales Contractors to prospect, qualify, and sell high-ticket services to businesses ready for hyperautomation and business infrastructure architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Acquisition: Actively source your own leads within an Assigned Territory using approved sales materials and ROI justification tools.
- Deep Qualification: Ensure every prospect meets our strict Qualified Lead criteria, including explicit budget acknowledgment at or above our Investment Floors and a defined decision timeline.
- Relationship & "The Chase": Secure signed contracts and execute the "Deposit Nudge" to ensure the 30% Kickoff Portion is collected, which triggers project commencement.
- Account Management: Act as the primary relationship contact through the Net 30 payment timeline and monitor 90-Day Service Blocks for renewal opportunities.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain real-time documentation of all leads, discovery calls, and payment touchpoints in the CRM.
Performance Requirements (Active Status)
To maintain an active partnership with Luzran, contractors must meet the following monthly minimums:
- 115 Qualified Leads meeting all company criteria per month.
- 28 Discovery Calls conducted per month.
- 320% Proposal-to-Close Rate (Quarterly target).
- 4100% Compliance with Investment Floors; discounting below minimums is strictly prohibited.
Compensation & Incentives
- Flat 20% Commission: Earn 20% of the net contract value on all closed and paid deals.
- High-Ticket Trigger: For packages over $10,000, the full 20% commission is earned as soon as the client's 30% deposit clears.
- Recurring Revenue: Continue to earn commissions for the duration of the client relationship for monthly retainer services.
- No Income Caps: We encourage selling at the highest sustainable price point above Investment Floors, which directly increases your payout.
Critical Boundaries
- Independent Status: You operate as an independent contractor, providing your own equipment and managing your own taxes.
- No Technical Labor: Your role ends where technical deployment and system documentation begin; you are not responsible for implementation.
- No Authority to Bind: Contractors cannot modify contracts, waive payment terms, or access company financial systems without express approval.
