Perry Luzier
Perry founded Luzran after watching the same pattern play out in business after business: the owner had quietly become the bottleneck. Every decision, every process, and every client relationship routed through one person, and the business could only grow as far as that one person’s personal capacity.
He started Luzran to fix exactly that. The firm installs the operational infrastructure that removes the owner from the center of everything, so the business keeps running, serving clients, and making decisions without them in every room. The tools are AI-native, but the tools are never the point, a business that can scale past its founder is.
